are six cities without place or name, born from a compositional idea that
differs from the current rationalist-based matrix that leaves its mark on
towns and districts. Their existence results from the inner need to design
with the primary intention of allowing expression to prevail over reason,
and sentiment over rationality. Vehicular traffic will run underground and the ground level is water; thus, there is no asphalt and no structures disturbing the primary intent of creating new urban landscapes which are no longer orthotropic but closer to film sequences than they are presently. The morphology of the city changes profoundly; the urban spaces are no longer the consequence of an abstract a priori planning, but the fruit of a process of expressive interpretation of the way of configuring residential space."
